We know how important it is to keep in touch and we offer a range of services for relatives and carers to keep in touch with the home which we would welcome.
Our managers are always happy to discuss any matter with you at any time and offer an open afternoon monthly to meet any relative on any matter.
The home produces a newsletter which can be distributed to you either by post or by e-mail. Please leave your e-mail address with reception if you would like this service.
You can phone at at any time and speak to a relevant member of staff OR e-mail the home for an update.
We would welcome any personal CD's, DVD's or family photo's or memento's which we will arrange to ensure viewing. If you wish to send an e-mail we will be more than happy to print it off and ensure it is received.
We also operate a joint sunday lunch and film in our cinema for family and friends to join in the atmosphere. Please ask reception for further details and whether you wish an e-mail update of future family activities.
We are also updating our systems to enable relatives to log on to a weekly update. If you wish to access thisa service please contact the Manager or Administrator. |
